Professional Experience:

1997 – Present            Mueller Energetics Corp, Oil and Gas Exploration and Acquisitions, President.  Responsibilities include evaluation of oil and gas properties for purchase; economic feasibility studies for petroleum development; preparation of geological prospects; and marketing and consummating exploration projects.

 

1979 – 1997                Mueller Engineering Corp, Oil and Gas Consultants, President and Chief Executive Officer.  Responsibilities included oversight of oil and gas engineering consulting and operations firm whose scope of work included design of oil and gas well drilling and completion programs; hydrocarbon production; oil and gas reserve studies; petroleum property evaluation and management; expert court witness – in both civil court and before the Texas Railroad Commission; petroleum sales contract negotiations; feasibility studies; preparation of regulatory agency reports; and petroleum exploration evaluations.

 

1977 – 1979                Mueller Exploration, Inc., President and Chairman of the Board, 1977 to 1995; Chairman of the Board 1995 to present.
